KINGRICH Machinery Showcases "Intelligent Manufacturing from the Source"
Empowering a New Safety Protection Ecosystem with Injection Molding Technology

Shanghai, April 7, 2026 – The highly anticipated 110th China International Occupational Safety & Health Goods Expo (CIOSH) 2026 grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As a bellwether for the occupational safety industry in the Asia-Pacific region, this edition kicked off spectacularly under the theme The Power of Protection. Spanning over 80,000 square meters, the exhibition brought together more than 1,600 enterprises covering full-range personal protective equipment, and served as a key platform showcasing industrial upgrading driven by new quality productive forces.

In the core exhibition area of Hall E7 for Machinery Equipment & Raw Materials, Zhejiang Kingrich Machinery – a leading manufacturer of fully automatic injection molding machines for rain boots and safety shoes – did not merely display finished products. Instead, it revealed the manufacturing secrets behind the "solid defense line" of safety footwear through a full-process dynamic demonstration from raw materials to finished products.
Focusing on Foot Safety, Resolving the Paradox between Mass Production and Protection

Foot protection has always been a highlight of CIOSH. At the show, demand for safety shoes and industrial rain boots has been rising year by year alongside standardized management in construction and heavy industry. Yet many finished-product manufacturers face a common challenge: how to meet strict protection standards such as anti-smash, anti-puncture, and acid-alkali resistance while achieving large-scale cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

To address this pain point, Kingrich presented its new generation of intelligent single-color / two-color rain boot injection molding machines. These models are not only suitable for producing PVC rain boots but can also seamlessly switch to manufacturing high-strength safety footwear, as well as plastic products including traffic cones and road barriers.
"Our machines produce footwear with soles and uppers formed in one piece through integrated injection molding," a company representative stated. "This completely eliminates the risk of sole detachment common in traditional cold-bonded shoes, providing tangible safety for frontline workers."
Equipped with high-response hydraulic systems and precise mold temperature control, the machines deliver strong clamping force. The resulting footwear is thick, wear-resistant, folding-resistant and cold-resistant, with a smooth and neat appearance, truly balancing protection, comfort and aesthetics.
Multi-Purpose Machinery Opens New Blue Oceans in Segmented Markets

Beyond its deep roots in safety footwear, Kingrich’s booth also attracted strong interest from traffic facility manufacturers. Amid the development of smart cities, demand for traffic cones, rubber bumper strips and other warning products has surged.

Boasting high mold adaptability, Kingrich’s machines can quickly switch production to hollow or solid plastic products such as traffic cones simply by changing molds. This "one machine, multiple uses" feature greatly reduces equipment idle risk for investors and offers more flexible business solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Honoring "The Power of Protection" Becoming an Invisible Champion

Under the expo’s overarching theme The Power of Protection, global brands such as 3M and Honeywell showcased cutting-edge technologies in end-use protective products, while Kingrich Machinery demonstrated the underlying industrial strength of Chinese manufacturing.
"Although we are positioned upstream in the industry chain, our original aspiration of ‘protection’ aligns with that of end brands," said the General Manager of Kingrich Machinery in an interview. "The safety of frontline workers is protected by safety shoes, and the quality and output of safety shoes are safeguarded by Kingrich’s equipment. We are committed to helping downstream enterprises replace inefficient manual bonding with automated and intelligent production through higher-precision injection molding technology. With the strength of Chinese equipment, we build a solid safety line for every worker."
