2.The hydraulic system employs a cartridge valve integrated system, featuring dependable movement, long service life, low hydraulic shock, fewer connecting pipelines and leakage points.

3.Equipped with an independent electric control system for stable operation, straightforward motion control and convenient maintenance.

4.Centralized push-button control is adopted. Three operation modes are available: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. By settings on the operation panel, two forming processes (stroke-limited and pressure-limited forming) can be realized, together with the pressure-holding delay function.

5.The working pressure of the slide, the travel range for rapid no-load descent and low-speed movement are adjustable to meet different process requirements.

6.Optional accessories include blanking buffer device, movable worktable, grating safety protector, cooling unit, PLC touchscreen control and so on.

TPS hydraulic presses are suitable for pressing processes of deformable materials.

Processes covered: powder metallurgy forming, plastic-product molding, metal forming via cold/hot extrusion, sheet metal deep-drawing, cross-pressing, bending, flanging and straightening.
